We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your tea arrives at the perfect time, whether you're ordering a gift for a loved one or replenishing your personal collection. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you via email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details to help you monitor its progress.
Packaging
Each order is packaged with the utmost care to ensure that your teas arrive fresh and intact. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible, reflecting our commitment to both luxury and sustainability.
Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We recommend providing a residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take great care in packaging your order, if you receive a damaged shipment or your order is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Gift Orders
If you're sending a gift, please be assured that our packaging is elegant and discreet. We do not include any pricing information in gift shipments, and we are happy to include a personalized note if requested at checkout.

Because our products are carefully curated and packaged for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience when shopping with us, and we're here to help if you need assistance.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to accommodate cancellations before your order has been shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and our team will promptly process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been delivered. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of our premium teas, which are perishable and cannot be resold once opened.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to resolve the issue. Our team will work with you to either send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
